1. Introduction & App Evolution
Mohd Amaan built the Pixel Prime app. This document governs your use of the application and explains how we handle your data.
1.1. Our Origins (Haptix)
Pixel Prime was originally launched as Haptix. Its primary mission was to provide granular Per-App Haptic Control. This remains the foundation of our service and is the core feature included in any legacy purchase.
1.2. The Evolution to Pixel Prime
As the service evolved, we introduced advanced features leveraging specific Pixel hardware. These include Titan M2 security, Tensor-based diagnostics, and Generative AI. These features are provided as part of our expanded utility suite.
2. Terms of Service (Membership & Billing)
By using our premium features, you agree to the following terms:
2.1. Plan & Feature Modifications
Pixel Prime is an evolving project. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features within any membership tier (Free, Pro, Elite) at any time without prior notice. Subscription pricing and the availability of one-time "Loyalty" models may be adjusted based on research and development costs.
2.2. Legacy & Founder Status
Definitions of "Legacy" or "Founder" rewards are subject to change as the application's architecture and system requirements evolve. We strive to honor original purchases while sustaining the development of new innovations.
2.3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Non-Refundable: All digital purchases (Monthly/Annual Subscriptions and One-time Loyalty Upgrades) are strictly non-refundable once the service has been accessed.

Management: Users can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through their Google Play Store Account Settings.
3. Privacy Policy (Data Handling)
Pixel Prime follows an offline-first philosophy. Your personal data belongs on your device.
3.1. Hardware-Isolated Security (Titan App Lock)
We use the Accessibility Service to detect app launches. Your security keys are generated and stored in the Titan M2 (StrongBox) hardware chip. We do not have access to your keys, app content, or notifications.
3.2. Mechanical Keyboard
Detects typing events to trigger haptics. No keystroke data, passwords, or text input is ever read, recorded, or transmitted. Processing happens entirely within local memory.
3.3. Notification Access & Call Logs
Used strictly to trigger specific vibration patterns. We only read app package names (e.g., com.whatsapp) and call states. We do NOT read message content, contact names, or history.
3.4. Prime Cloud Sync (E2E Encrypted)
Optional backup for your patterns. Data is End-to-End Encrypted on your device using a key that only you control. We cannot access your backed-up data.
3.5. Magic AI Studio
Text descriptions provided for AI pattern generation are anonymized and processed temporarily. They are not linked to your personal identity.
4. Third-Party Services
We utilize secure industry-standard services:
